Your customer satisfaction is important to us! Olson’s Tack Shop strives to ensure that you enjoy the products that you purchase. Should you not be satisfied with you purchase, Olson’s welcomes your return.
- Returns and merchandise exchanges are valid within thirty-days of purchase. All returned and/or exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt and all original packaging. Any item without original packaging is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- All items returned or exchanged after 30-days from the original purchase date will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee for store credit only.
- Olson’s does not accept returned merchandise beyond 60-days from the original date of purchase.
- All saddle purchases are final, please speak to an Olson’s Sales Associate to learn more about our Saddle Trial Program.
- Clearance, permanently marked down, custom ordered or consignment merchandise is non-returnable.
- All returns must be clean.
- Horse clothing returns are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and must be inspected.
- Cash refunds over $25 will be issued by company check within 10 business days.
- $35 NSF Fee will be applied to all returned checks.
- Olson’s offers a one-time price adjustment within 7-days of purchase for all sale discounts and special events when you present your original sales receipt.
