It is our pleasure to allow you, as our valued customer, the opportunity to take the saddle you have selected ”on trial” before purchasing. Upon submitting this form, you will be contacted by phone for a bank card number. We require credit card authorization for the full amount of the saddle, including any tax and shipping charges. Should you decide to buy the saddle, call the store and ask for a manager so that we can process the sale and send you a receipt. Should you return the saddle, the credit card authorization is automatically void within 10 to 15 days, less any shipping and saddlery charges which are non-refundable. If the saddle comes back marked in any significant way, you will be charged a damage fee equal to the amount by which we will have to discount the price of the saddle since understandably, it can no longer be considered or sold as originally priced.
All saddles will be sent Signature Required. Saddles sent within WA/OR/ID will be sent UPS ground for $45. Saddles sent outside WA/OR/ID will only be sent 3-Day Air which runs $95 and up, depending on your location. No shipments can be made to addresses outside of the United States.
To ensure that our saddles remain looking as new as possible, we ask that you adhere to a few simple requests.
1. Please do not clean or oil the saddle (New or used)
2. Protect the saddle from stirrup leather marks by using soft calfskin leathers (or something similar).
3. Keep the saddle covered and protected at all times, except when test riding.
4. A clean dry saddle pad must be used under the saddle.
5. Chaps, tall boots and/or spurs should be worn at your own risk as they can easily mark a saddle.
6. Please contact the store within three days with your decision as to whether you will keep or return the saddle.
7. You are responsible for the saddle while it is in your care.
8. Please return it by traceable carrier (Fedex, UPS or USPS insured). If outside WA/OR/ID, the saddle must be sent 3-day air. The saddle must be insured for the price of the saddle.
9. We do not assure the quality, safety, or integrity of Used Saddles.
